White Lake Holiday Resort

One of the best experiences that I've ever had at White Lake in all the decades that I have gone there. I'm so glad that family introduced me to Holiday Resort at White Lake.

Wonderful facility, my family visits at least once a year. The manager is very hospitable and attentive to communication and making sure everything is taken care of.

My wife and I decided to escape the house and see if there was still a world out there. So we got into the car and drove to White Lake. We were impressed with how clean it was around the lake. We found a place, parked and got out to stretch a little. We came across a couple of nice young ladies who were out enjoying the sun while reading a book. They were there on vacation for a week. The lake was clear, no trash anywhere. People here obviously cared about the area. Also ran into a gentlemen who owns several rental properties in the area. And though we were not renters he allowed us to walk around and check things out. We came away with a good impression of the area and people. There are plenty of places to do things though most were closed (covid 19).

White Lake is a very quiet and peaceful place for a weekend or the whole week. The lake is beautiful. This is a perfect family spot if fun on the water with the kids or parents is what your looking for. A big house, a few cottages and many mobile homes to choose from. EVERYTHING is kept very clean and working. I've been in the big house and 2 mobile homes and they are always in excellent condition. Jonathan works tirelessly year round and it shows. We had a very nice stay at WLHR. We stayed in a 3-bed, 2-bath home right at the lake. It was very spacious and clean and had all the appliances including a washer and dryer. It also had a nice deck and grill you could use. My father actually relaxed on the deck for most of our stay. It was just that relaxing and comfortable to him. It took us about a minute to walk to the lake. We could actually see a portion of the lake from our rental. This resort has 2 piers and chairs and benches at the lake for you to rest at. Very beautiful and peaceful. A perfect place for families with small children or for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. There is a splash pad and miniature golf place in walking distance of the resort. There are also golf carts that you can rent to drive around the lake and to different eateries if you don't want to drive your car everywhere or mobility is an issue. The cart rental place is also within walking distance of WL Holiday resort. The White Lake Water Park is about a 5-7 minute drive from the resort. One thing to note is that you will have to pay for wifi per device based on how many days you plan to stay. I have a family of 4, so each person had to pay $5.00 (July 2025) to use the wifi for their personal device ($20.00 total). That's for 3 days of wifi use. It's not terribly expensive but something to keep in mind. Since my son has a Nintendo switch, I opted not to use my laptop and just use my phone to keep it at $20. I was on vacation so I didn't need to be working anyway. The owner Johnathan was super nice and welcoming and lived nearby if you have any issues with your rental. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway, this is the perfect place.

I shared that I would need handicap accessible room, which was, except I couldn't get wheelchair/walker in the bathroom. However, the room was next to the walk leading to the pier. All in all, the room is exactly what our family needed. The service was lacking. Confusing at booking, rude when husband went to ask for parking pass, no ice machine, picnic table by grill was falling apart and dangerous. The location was good. For the most part, it was a great getaway with beautiful sunsets. Would consider going back.

We have stayed here for 5 years in a row and have thoroughly enjoyed every, single day! The facilities are spotless and have everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. I encourage you to check them out! Jonathan is the contact person and you won't meet a nicer guy!

This place is fast becoming a family tradition for us. We love the white sand, clear water, and huge dock. It is ideal for toddlers, as the water doesn't get above 2-3 feet for the entire length of the dock. The lodgings are older trailers (my guess is 90s or early 2000s models?), but they are very well maintained and are certainly a good place to spend a week.
